How to use
Start with the coarse side of the file to take off the buildup underneath your heel. Use your hands to feel your feet so you can identify the hard parts. Afterwards, use the finer side of the file to smoothen your heel.
For best results, use while your feet are dry. Wash your feet very well then apply DermaFIX-IT Cream.
