Terms & Condition

We recommend that you kindly read through our bookings terms and condition before proceeding.

Consultation

All new clients booking for chemical peels, micro needling must start their journey with a consultation.  We recommend consultation for all clients.

Payments & Confirmations

  1. To secure your Advanced foot care appointment slot, each client must make a deposit payment of N20,000 to secure reservation in which the deposit will go toward your procedure.
  2. For other services, All payments are required at the time of booking or appointment will not be secured.
  3.  In a situation where your service is upgraded/ reviewed, you will be required to pay the balance at the clinic.  Kindly Note that payment confirms booking.

Rescheduling/Cancellation

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 48 hours in advance. All services missed without 48 hour notice, 50% of treatment price will be charged.

The amount paid to book online for your foot treatment is used as a deposit for your scheduled appointment.  This is not the cost of the pedicure; the deposit is deducted from the total amount of your service.
Your deposit fee is NON-REFUNDABLE

  •  If you are more than 20 minutes late
  • If you miss your appointment.
  • If you do not reschedule your appointment 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Photos would be taken prior, during and after treatments for clinical documentation.

 We DO NOT remove acrylic. If you have acrylic on your toenails prior to the service, kindly remove them. Failure to have acrylic removed prior to your appointment, will result in cancellation of appointment and also loss of deposit paid.
