Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Deposit Refund
Our Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy states that the deposit made for any treatment is non-refundable, except in cases where the clinic is unable to provide the agreed-upon treatment. In such cases, we will issue a full refund of the deposit.

Consultation Fee
The consultation fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it covers the cost of the professional assessment.

Service Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 48hours in advance.
Any service missed without 48 hours prior notice, the deposit made will be forfeited. If your booking is less than 48 hours, the same will be applied (deposit made will be forfeited).

The amount paid to book for your treatment is used as a deposit for your scheduled appointment. This is not the cost of the treatment. The deposit made goes into the treatment fee except for the consultation fee.
Your deposit fee is NON-REFUNDABLE:

  • If you are more than 20 minutes late.
  • If you miss your appointment.
  • If you do not reschedule your appointment 48 hours prior to your appointment.
  • (Note that if your booking is less than 48 hours and you miss your appointment, the deposit will also be forfeited).

Upgrades or Changes
In the event of a service upgrade or review, the patient will be required to pay the difference in treatment cost at the clinic.
